Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within [X] days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the pack. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Food safety

For hygiene reasons, opened food packs cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty or wrong.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible. After dispatch, please follow the returns steps above.

Refunds
